Traditional method, dry sparkling white made from grapes organically grown around the town of Deidesheim. Blended with a generous share of reserve wine to add complexity. 12.5% vol.

Grape Variety: 75% Pinot Blanc & 25% Chardonnay
Winemaking: Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks & large oak vats (2,400 liter "dopplestück"). Residual sugar 5.4 grams.
Awards: Decanter: Platinum award, 95 points & Best German Sparkling in 2017
