Traditional method, dry sparkling white made from grapes organically grown around the town of Deidesheim. Blended with a generous share of reserve wine to add complexity.
12.5% vol.

Appellation: Pfalz

Grape Variety: 75% Pinot Blanc & 25% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks & large oak vats (2,400 liter "Dopplestück"). Residual sugar 5.4 grams.
