Non-alcoholic wine. 100% Pinot Noir from vineyards on clay and sandstone soils. Wine fermented exclusively with natural, indigenous yeasts, with no added sulphites, aromas or preservatives. Vegan wine.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking: Harvested at night by hand, destemmed and crushed. Maceration (60º) for 6 hours to extract complexity and tannins.
After pressing, the must is fermented with ‘natural levain’, indigenous yeasts and lactic bacteria.
The wine is then filtered and pasteurised, ready for bottling without alcohol.

Tasting Notes: Bright ruby colour. Aroma of cherries, blackcurrant and vanilla notes. In the mouth it has a tannic but balanced structure. Medium-bodied, with good freshness in the fruit.
Best drink: 2025 to 2027
