Medium bodied dry red wine from vineyards with a basaltic terroir. Fermented exclusively with natural and native yeasts. Vegan Wine.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking: Harvested at night by hand. Short maceration of seven days for half of the wine, and for the other 50%, thermovinification to extract aromas and fruity colors. 50% of the final wine blend in new French oak barrels.
