Delicious, medium to full bodied red made from grapes grown on a strip of ancient Cambrian soil on the east facing slopes of Mount Camel in Central Victoria.
14.5% vol.
Appellation: Heathcote (Victoria)
Grape Variety: 100% Syrah
Winemaking: The grapes were fermented in a combination of open and closed top fermenters. Aged in predominantly small French oak barrels (15% new) for 12 months before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Bright purple. Fragrant, delicious aroma of dark berries and white pepper. Medium to full bodied with intense, ripe fruit and some smokey notes, only seen in the great vintages. Long and well-balanced.
Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2028.
