Tasting Notes: A red Cabernet Sauvignon with ruby reflexes, nose with black background and spicy aromas, currants and roasts. In the mouth it presents harmonic, with notes to black fruits, graphite and sensations like chalk, a tobacco left from his step through French foudres and large tannins. Elegant and with a long and persistent ending.
Best enjoyed: 2024 to 2035
Presentation: Cardboard box of 6 bottles
Descorchados [96/100]: "The 2020 season was one of the warmest in recent years in Mendoza, although that is not noticed at all in this cabernet from vineyards in the area of Los Chacayes. Instead, there are herbaceous and fruity notes that show more the freshness of the Andean breezes than the torrid heat of the year. The body is dominated by a strong presence of acidity that runs through the palate to the end and relies on fine and firm tannins. After 16 months of arable barrel, everything seems integrated and well balanced, ready now to open with grilled meats or wait a few years for it to gain complexity. One of the best reds from a vintage that is not among our favorites"
