Patricio Tapia [Descorchados]: “Coming 100% from Altamira vineyards, this has the character of Torrontés from the Uco mountains, the herbal and citrus side, in a body with a lot of energy in acidity. It has been aged for four months, which has given it spicy notes, but above all it is a wine of citrus fruits, flowers, in a body dominated by acidity and a firm, juicy texture. A torrontés that takes the variety to a higher level, proof of how fine the strain can be”.
