Aromatic dry white wine made from grapes from Cafayate and the Uco Valley harvested at 1,700 meters above sea level. Harvested by hand.

Appellation: Valle de Uco
Grape Variety: 100% Torrontes
Winemaking: Fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 12-14°C maximum. Storage on lees for three months to improve the structure of the wine.
Awards: Tim Atkin: 90 points.
Tasting Notes: This is one of the best examples of the potential of this variety. Made with grapes from Cafayate and the Uco Valley, it is an ideal wine to enjoy small moments with family and/or friends. Vibrant, aromatic and refreshing, it has aromas of citrus, passion fruit, lychee and white flowers, as well as a long, mineral finish. Best enjoyed: 2024 to 2030.
