Full-bodied dry red made from grapes from the Uco Valley grown at 1,050 meters above sea level. Harvested by hand.
14.5% vol.
Appellation: Valle de Uco
Grape Variety: 100% Malbec
Winemaking: Fermented at a maximum temperature of 28° to 31°C (82° to 86°F) with selected yeasts. Maceration between 15 and 20 days. Closed and open pumping-over, with delestage at various stages of fermentation. 40% of the wine during 8 months in French oak barrels of third and fourth use.
