Winemaking: Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 28° and 30°C and with selected yeasts. 25 days of maceration. 40% of the wine for 8 months in third and fourth use French oak barrels.

Patricio Tapia: A juicy vision of Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% of the wine is aged for 8 months in barrels and has a fruit density that is the first thing that catches your attention. It is fluid, with soft tannins and herbal notes that accompany it until the end. The best guest for the 'Asado'.
