Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and ageing for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, with weekly resuspensions of its fine lees.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow, with golden reflections, crisp and bright.
On the nose it is complex, very expressive, with aromas of peach, banana, and mango. It also has floral notes, reminiscent of jasmine and orange blossom.
It has good acidity with a lot of volume in the mouth, it is long, with a taste of ripe fruit, and with a very persistent floral aftertaste.
