Grape Variety: Grenache 95%, Divers 5%

Winemaking: Harvest by hand. Meticulous selection and partial destemming of the grapes. Fermentation at 28-30°C and maceration for one month. Daily pumping over and some punching down depending on the profile. Aged for 18 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby colour. Rich and generous to the palate. This cuvée aims to give the best expression of Grenache in elegance, with particular attention to balance, freshness and tannic structure. Best drink: 2023 to 2035
