Winemaking: Made in stainless steel tank with the malolactic fermentation halted. Aged for more than four years in the bottle on its lees. Dosage: 3,65 gr. sugar.

Awards: Large Gold medal in Prague (2019)

Tasting Notes: Bright salmon. Elegant aroma of forest fruit and flower petals. Rich & flavorful, this is a medium-bodied sparkler with very fine bubbles made by blending a tiny amount of Pinot Noir into their base champagne. Fresh acidity & long long finish. Best enjoyed through 2025.
