Winemaking: Harvested in 2018 from the plots of Le Mont Aïgu, le Fond de Mont d'Aïgu and le Fond du Bateau. Fermented in barrels (22%) and stainless steel; 55 months bottled on its lees. Disgorgement in April 2023.
Dosage: Extra-Brut (1,5g/L)
