Dry, medium-bodied aromatic white produced from grapes grown on old vines (30 to 55 years) in a single site with flinty soils. The vineyard is manually tilled, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. 12.5% vol.

Appellation: Pouilly Fumé

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel tanks, only with native yeasts and aged on its fine lees before bottling.

Awards: Wine Enthusiast: 92 points. Gold Medal in the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw color. Delicate aroma of minerals and citric fruit. Mouth-filling, velvety texture with attractive acidity and a long finish. Serve with shellfish, chicken salad or fish dishes with creamy sauces. Best enjoyed: 2022 to 2026.
