Rich and full-bodied red made from a blend of organically grown grapes from an intricate collection of old vines located on the Mas Amiel property, about 30 km NW of Perpignan. Limestone-schist soils. Manual harvest and certified Biodynamic cultivation. 14,5% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Grenache

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel vats using natural yeasts. Matured in concrete vats before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2026.
