Delicious full-bodied red made from grapes grown on the hillside vineyards near Dogliani and Neive (in Barbaresco) at 310 to 380 meters above sea level. Limestone marl soils.

Winemaking: Fermented in steel and concrete tanks, followed by maceration and racked after 10 days before malolactic fermentation. Several months ageing in barrels and bottles before release.

Kerin O'Keefe: Aromas of rose, crushed mint and wild berry come to the forefront on the fragrant 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo from Poderi Luigi Einaudi. Showing great class, the polished palate is also delicious, doling out layers of succulent Morello cherry, crushed raspberry and baking spice while the barest hint of truffle gives the finish depth. Lithe tannins keep it smooth and accessible while fresh acidity balanced.
