Elegant, dry and aromatic white wine made from 60-year-old vines from the Ried Steinwand area in the Wachau. The vineyard is spread over steep terraces above the Danube, with a gradient of up to 77º. Soils close to the Danube, of eroded rock and clay, with a metamorphic gneiss base. Manual harvest.
12.5% vol.
Appellation: Wachau
Grape Variety: 100% Grüner Veltliner
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aged in large wooden vats.
Tasting Notes: Ideal with aromatic and spicy cuisine with ingredients such as ginger, galangal or lemongrass. Also delicious with stir-fries, dim sum or mild curry. Best enjoyed: 2024 to 2028.
Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles. Screw cap.
