Florent Rouve Cotes du Jura Chardonnay "Vigne des Voises" 2019

Medium-bodied, dry white made from grapes grown in the 50 year-old "Voises" vineyard in the hills of Buvilly. One of the warmest parcels in the region and the first to be harvested. Shallow soils composed of marine sediments with fossils and marls. 13% vol.

Appellation: Côtes du Jura

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Fermentation with only native yeasts in used French oak barrels, usually 8 to 12 years old. Aged for 15 months on its fine lees, without movement or racking. The barrels are refilled periodically so the ageing is not oxidative. A wine made with minimum intervention, without chapilization or fining.
