Dry, full-bodied white made from ungrafted, ancient vines grown on sandy, volcanic soils in the town of Pyrgos. The oldest on the island. Biodynamic cultivation. An extraordinary example of this classic Greek variety.

Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 30 months with 25% in French oak barrels for one year.
