Full-bodied red made from vines planted in the high-altitude alluvial and sandy loam soils of the Rupestre Valley, Salta. Collaboration with the well-known enologist Roberto Cipresso. Hand harvested. 14.5% vol.

Appellation: Cafayate

Grape Variety: 100% Malbec

Winemaking: Fermented in concrete tanks with only native yeasts. Aged for 12 months in new & used French oak barrels.
