Tasting Notes: Pale straw colour. Aroma of ripe red apples and jasmine. Ripe fruit flavour and a refreshing acidity. Long, clean with a slight minerally note. Ideal served with fried whitebait, Spanish cured ham or salty, aged cheeses. Best enjoyed: 2025 a 2028.
Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles.
James Suckling: A richly peachy yet strikingly austere Alsace dry riesling. Starts with some melted-butter character, but the underlying crushed-stone minerality grows at the long finish, until it dominates the wine. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
