Rich, medium-bodied dry red made from grapes grown in the vineyard "Les Allots" situated at the bottom of the slope, just touching the 1º cru sites. The soil is made up of red alluvium sediment containing limestone pebbles from the top of the hill. Manual harvest. Viticulture certified sustainable from both HVE (level 3) and Terra Vitis. 13% vol.

Appellation: Nuits-Saint-Georges

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking: 100% de-stemmed given a cold maceration for 5 days before fermentation. Daily pump over during fermentation. The wine is matured in French oak barrels (30% new) for 15 to 20 months. Not filtered before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2023 - 2033.
