Elegant dry white made from grapes grown in a 1,26 ha. vineyard near the town of Nuits-St-Georges. The soils of this parcel are composed of white limestone marl on top of the slope with light red clay at the bottom. Manual harvest. Viticulture certified sustainable from both HVE (level 3) and Terra Vitis. 13.5% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Fermented and aged in French oak barrels (20% new) for one year. Fined & filtered before bottling.
