Flavorful, medium-bodied dry red made from grapes grown on 30 year-old vines located in the rolling hills of the Cotes de Nuits district. Chalky-clay soil with a subsoil dating from the Jurassic. Manual harvest. Viticulture certified sustainable from both HVE (level 3) and Terra Vitis.

Appellation: Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking: 100% de-stemmed and given a cold maceration for 5 days before fermentation. Daily pump over during fermentation. The wine is then matured in for 15 months, 5% in new French oak barrels, 10% in one year barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2023 - 2026.
