Medium-bodied parcel red wine made from +30-year-old vines grown on the clayey-limestone slopes of the Cucugnan mountain at 350 meters. Organic farming.

Appellation: Aude Pays de Cucugnan IGP

Grape Variety: 100% Syrah

Winemaking: Short fermentation with native yeasts and 40% whole bunches. After light pressing, it is fermented at 27ºC. Aged for 12 months in 500L barrels.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour. Nose with red fruits and wild strawberries. Fine with great length. The roundness preserves freshness and fruit, toasted, full of volume.
Best drink: before 2028

Presentation: Cardboard case of 6 bottles. Only 3000 bottles produced.
