Full-bodied red wine made from a parcel of +20-year-old vines grown on clay soils with fossil sediments from the Cucugnan mountains at 500 meters. Organic agriculture.

Appellation: Aude Pays de Cucugnan IGP

Grape Variety: 100% Grenache

Winemaking: Short fermentation with native yeasts and 40% whole bunches. After light pressing, fermentation takes place at 27ºC. Aged for 12 months in large Foudre barrels.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour, light garnet reflections. Delicious notes of red fruits and wild berries with hints of cinnamon and black pepper that cut through the berry flavours and create a sweeter, full-bodied wine.
Best drink: before 2030

Presentation: Cardboard cases of 6 bottles. Only 2,600 bottles produced.
