Grape Variety: 100% Roussanne

Winemaking: Biodynamic cultivation. Pressed. After a cold rest, slow fermentation for 20 days with native yeasts in terracotta amphora and 450L barrels. Ageing in amphora and wood.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with light greenish reflections. Clean nose with white flowers, complex, slightly citrusy. The delicate and subtle structure leads to great length.
Minerality, iodine, delicate and dense freshness, full-bodied acidity.
Best drink before 2030.

Presentation: Cardboard case of 6 bottles. Only 3300 bottles produced.
