Appellation: Aude Pays de Cucugnan IGP

Grape Variety: 100% Carignan

Winemaking: Short fermentation with native yeasts and 40% whole bunches. After light pressing, it is fermented at 27ºC. Aged for 12 months in 500L barrels.

Tasting Notes: Garnet red colour. Aromas of wild fruits and red berries. Palate with freshness combines with rich notes of blackberries and blueberries. Persistent finish.
Best drink: before 2028

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles. Only 3,700 bottles produced.
