Medium-bodied red wine made from 20-year-old vines grown on the clayey-limestone slopes of the Cucugnan valley at 450 meters. Organic farming.

Appellation: Aude Pays de Cucugnan IGP

Grape Variety: 44% Syrah, 38% Grenache, 18% Carignan

Winemaking: Biodynamic agriculture. Short fermentation with natural yeasts and 40% whole bunches for 2.5 days. After light pressing, it is fermented at 27ºC. Ageing for 9 months in large concrete tanks and 500L barrels.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour, light garnet reflections. Herbal nose framed by wildberries; the palate is moreish with mint and herbs. Chalky tannins linger and then resolve on a refreshing and juicy finish. Best drink: before 2028

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles. 22,000 bottles produced.
