Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking: Cultivation, harvest, fermentation and blending under the supervision of Lenz M. Moser (chief winemaker Chateau Changyu Moser XV). A unique wine in Ningxia and China, obtained from 20-year-old vines in the Helan Mountains. Fermented in inox tanks.
