Delicious white dessert wine made from botrytis-affected grapes grown in the Sauternes district of Bordeaux. Late harvested and hand-picked over the course of four or five days. Sustainable viticulture certified by HVE. 12.5% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Semillon

Winemaking: Barrel fermented and aged in new oak for 15 months.

Tasting Notes: Pale ambar color. Rich, silky texture, loaded with tropical fruit flavor and notes of truffles. Great acidity & very well-balanced, this wine has a promising future. Ideal with foie gras, melon or rich blue cheeses. 140 gr. residual sugar. Optimum Drinking: 2021 to 2030
