Elegant dry white made from grapes grown in the 1er Cru vineyard Les Folatières, next to the Grand Cru vineyard Montrachet. Clay limestone soils. Staggered harvest to ensure optimum ripeness.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (20% new). Lightly filtered before bottling.
