Elegant dry white made from grapes grown in a 40 year old Grand Cu vineyard located in the Corton Charlemagne appellation. Clay limestone soils. Staggered harvest to ensure optimum ripeness.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Long and gentle pneumatic pressing, decanted for around 20 hours. Fermented and aged for 18 months in one year old French oak barrels. Lightly filtered before bottling.

Presentation: Wooden boxes of 6 bottles, each with wax seals.
Availability: Very Limited. Only 200 boxes produced.
