Medium-bodied dry white made from grapes grown in the heart of Provence.

Appellation: Coteaux d'Aix en Provence

Grape Variety: Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc

Winemaking: Soft pressing followed by cold fermentation, preserving the aromas. Aging in fine lees adds texture and complexity, while maintaining freshness.

Tasting Notes: Very pale yellow color. Vibrant flavors of lemon, grapefruit and stone fruits. The long finish, with its subtle saline nuances, evokes the soft Mediterranean breeze. Ideal with grilled seafood, Provençal salads and fresh goat cheese, also complementing more complex dishes, such as fish in sauces or white meats.
Best drink: until summer of 2026
