Delicious full-bodied red made from a blend of three different grape varieties grown in the Clare Valley. One of the most popular red wine styles in Australia today.

Appellation: Clare Valley (SA)

Grape Variety: 45% Grenache, 40% Shiraz & 15% Mataro (Monastrell)

Winemaking: Each variety is harvested separately at optimal flavor maturity and vinified in small open fermenters, where traditional hand dipping, délestage and basket pressing techniques are used to gently extract the color, flavor and tannins from the skin. Once pressed, each batch matures for fourteen months in seasoned French oak before assembling the final cuvee.
