Titus Vineyards' ownership dates back to 1841, with vineyards farmed uninterrupted for over 150 years. The Titus family released their first vintage in 1969, marking the beginning of Titus Vineyards and the marriage of traditional Bordeaux grapes with New World terroir.

In 1972, the Titus family acquired a 4-hectare vineyard on Ehlers Lane, known for its dense, rocky volcanic soils. This vineyard, Ehlers Estate, is renowned for producing a unique expression of the Cabernet grape.

Today, brothers Philip and Eric Titus lead the winery. Philip serves as director of winemaking, while Eric manages the logistics and management of the vineyards. Titus Vineyards continues their legacy, producing exceptional wines that reflect its rich history and winemaking tradition.
