Properties: 40 has. of vineyards organically farmed in the rugged slopes of the Jonkershoek Valley in Stellenbosch. Located at altitudes from 150 to 600 meters above sea level, only 20% of the property is farmed...the rest has been left to its extraordinary habitat of "fymbos", protected flowering bushes native to the Western Cape and the reason why the Jonkershoek has been named a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Production: 120,000 bottles per year of which 65% are exported.
