In the heart of the Hérault region, near Pézenas, lies the Villa Noria vineyard, an estate of 80 hectares of vineyards nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of the South of France.

In organic conversion since 2010, and with a view to producing the best wines, the Villa Noria vineyards are surrounded by hedges, on the one hand to protect them from pesticide treatments in neighbouring fields, and on the other hand to build a refuge for the vineyard's helpers, encouraging biodiversity and creating a balance.

A winery committed to innovation and sustainable development. Over the past 15 years, their efforts have been aimed at promoting organic and organic farming in the region, as well as reviving the indigenous Picpoul de Pinet grape. In 2021, they started the production of natural wines following the trend of the D.O.

From 2023 they will start the projects of PetNat Barrel, Wine In a Can, French Kombucha and finally LEVIN 0%, their first edition of non-alcoholic wines.
