Information about the winery

The Sainte-Croix-du –Mont village stands on a rocky spur overhanging the Garonne River. It is in this terroir known for its sweet wines that we find the Château du Mont winery, which has been in the Chouvac family for 4 generations. Its 25 hectares of vineyard spread over the appellations Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Sauternes and Graves. This estate produces 100,000 bottles per year, harvested only by hand.
