Aromatic & dry white made from grapes grown in the exclusive grand cru vineyard Jesuitengarten (VDP: grosse lage). Manual harvest. 13% vol.

Appellation: Pfalz

Grape Variety: 100% Riesling

Winemaking: Fermented in a combination of large Austrian oak vats (1.200 liter "stücks") and 500 liter French "tonneaux". Made with only native yeasts and aged for almost one year on its fine lees, without stirring or fining.

Awards: Wein.plus: 91 points, excellent.

Tasting Notes: An elegant late harvest Riesling made in the dry style of VDP Grosses Gewächs (GG). Best enjoyed: 2024 to 2030.
