Winemaking: Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with partial malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow. Refreshing aroma of wet stones & citrus fruits. Good fruit. with slight creaminess on the mid-palate, similar to a Chablis. Great balance. Combine with rice dishes, stir fry and fish. Best enjoyed: 2026 to 2030
