Medium-bodied, dry red made from grapes grown in Monteriggioni, a nearby district north of Montalcino, in the hills of around Siena. Manual harvest. 13.5% vol.
Appellation: Chianti dei Colli Senesi
Grape Variety: Sangiovese 90% & Merlot 10%
Winemaking: Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red. Medium bodied, dry red with a pleasant aroma of black currant, violets and red fruit. Fruity & easy to drink with refreshing acidity and just a trace of tannin. Best enjoyed: 2022 to 2026.

Raffaele Vecchione: Integrated and well-researched in the concentrated sensory profile, it alternates notes of black plums, blackberries, sage and bay leaves. Lots of black pepper describes the secondary scene. Medium-bodied, slightly dry tannins and a medium-relaxing finish.
