Non-alcoholic wine. 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in clay and sandstone soils. Wine fermented exclusively with natural, indigenous yeasts, with no added sulphites, aromas or preservatives. Vegan wine.

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand at night, destemmed and crushed. Cold maceration for 12 hours.
After pressing, the must is fermented with ‘natural levain’, indigenous yeasts and lactic bacteria.
The wine is then filtered and pasteurised, ready for bottling without alcohol.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour, bright. Aromas of white peach, pineapple, vanilla and minerals. Balanced on the palate with creamy notes and freshness. Medium-bodied, with good freshness in the fruit and remarkable acidity.
