Refreshing, dry, medium-bodied white made from grapes grown in the hillsides of Friuli on the border of Slovenia. Marl soils with clay and sedimentary rock fragments (flysch). Manually harvested.
13.5% vol.

Appellation: Friuli Colli Orientali

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Cold macerated and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged on its fine lees for six months before bottling.
