Dry, full-bodied white made from grapes grown in the hillsides of Friuli, near the town of Prepotto, on the border of Slovenia. Manually harvested. Certifiied Sustanible SQNPI. 13.5% vol.

Appellation: Friuli Colli Orientali

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Gris

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks without skin contact.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Rich aroma of acacia flower, William pears and Golden apples. Ripe fruit flavor, well-balanced, and with a nice acidity. Serve with fish, pork or Parma ham. Best enjoyed from 2023 through 2025.
