Full-bodied dry white made from grapes grown in the HVD Vineyard, one of Tyrrell's "Sacred Sites" was planted in 1908, and is considered the oldest Chardonnay vineyard in the world. Ungrafted and hand harvested.
12.5% vol.

Appellation: Hunter Valley (NSW)

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Basket pressed and cold settled for two days before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Matured for eight months in French oak barrels.

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles with twist-cap closures.
Only 4,150 bottles produced.
