Full-bodied dry red from Titus Ranch State Vineyard grapes in the St Helena AVA, Napa.
14.9% vol.

Appellation: Napa Valley

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 80.0%, Malbec 7.5%, Merlot 7.0%, Petit Verdot 5.5%

Winemaking: Harvested in September. After picking the fruit was gently destemmed and then pumped to tank. Fermentation occured on the skins with macerations, the wine was drained at the completion of fermentation. After draining the wine was racked to 50% new French and Hungarian Oak barrels for ageing. It was then racked quarterly for the first year before being racked to tank for bottling.
