Winemaking: Made in stainless steel tanks and aged for five months on its fine lees.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw color, with golden reflections. Fresh fruit aroma, fruta fresco, especially apples & white peaches. Broad and round in mouth, ideal served as aperitif or with light fish dishes. Best enjoyed: 2020 to 2022.
