Fruity, aromatic white made from grapes grown on the slopes behind the village of Lieser, principally from the Graacher Himmelreich vineyard.

Grape Variety: 100% Riesling

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks only with native yeasts. No sugar added (not chaptalisized).

Tasting Notes: Pale straw color with greenish tinge. Delicious half-dry, fruity white with aroma of white peaches, dried herbs & pineapple. Fabulous balance, with just enough sweetness to serve with Thai cuisine or other spicy dishes. A textbook Riesling from the Moselle valley. Best enjoyed: 2024 to 2030.
