Fruity, light-bodied white made from grapes grown on the grand cru site Piesporter (VDP grosse lage), located on the steep banks of the river Mosel. Late harvest, without noble rot (botrytris).

Tasting Notes: Pale straw colour. Aroma of ripe yellow peaches, jamine and pineapple. Elegant, fruity flavour, wih notes o honey and lemon lime. Nice balance, with fresh acidity perfect to serve with goose liver paté, aged hard cheeses or even Spanish ham. 135 gr. residual sugar. A wine made to last and with a promising future. Best enjoyed 2028 to 2048.
